All the products you purchase from www.bluemcare.com can be returned within 14 days or be returned to sender (ONLY when the product is unused, not damaged and complete in the original packaging).

The package cost and risk are on your own account.

What do you have to do?

  • Report the return shipment by sending a mail to: info@bluemcare.com with your order number.
  • Send the product in it’s original state, including packing slip and a brief motivation to:

Yes, after completing the order proces. You will get a mail confirmation mail from GLS, the parcel deliverer, with the description of how this works. You have to choose a GLS parcel shop on the same day before 23.59 by clicking the link in the mail. You can then choose where and when you pick up the package (with over 700 locations in NL). Easy!

Yes, it is possible to deliver the order at different address. You can notify us during the order proces, when you are about to pay.

What to do with incorrect or damaged delivery?2020-06-10T14:36:22+00:00

If you have received incorrect or damaged products or if products are missing, please send a message to the blue®m customer service.

If you have received a product that you have not ordered, leave the sealed packaging intact. If the unwanted product is used, this is considered an accepted product by the customer, and the product can no longer be returned or exchanged.

BlueM remains the owner of goods sent by mistake.

Delivery Costs for Consumers Orders are based on quantity of your purchase. We have special rates for large order as shown below:
  • Netherlands: all orders over € 35,00 are free of delivery costs.
  • Germany: all orders over € 75,00 are free of delivery costs.
  • Belgium: all orders over € 75,00 are free of delivery costs.
  • Switzerland: all orders over € 100,00 are free of delivery costs.
  • Austria, Denmark, France, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Monaco: all orders over € 100,00 are free of delivery costs.
  • Rest of Europe: all orders over € 150,00 are free of delivery costs.
  • Rest of world: all orders over € 200,00 are free of delivery costs.

Within Europe BlueM sent with the parcel service of GLS, shipments are to follow through the track service of GLS & route. The bar code associated with your order, you will receive in your confirmation email. Orders are generally shipped the next working day. Within Europe, you can expect your order within 3-5 working days. More info on the delivery by GLS: https://gls-group.eu Outside Europe packages are sent with TNT.

BlueM believes it is important that you have your order shipped to your door efficiently. Orders put in before 10:00 am on a working day (mon-fri) should arrive within the Netherlands within 1 to 2 working days to your specified address. Our logistic partner GLS, ensures that your order is delivered quickly in Europe. Within Europe, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days. BlueM uses TNT outsight Europe. In some cases, the mail delivery may take longer

blue®m considers it of the highest importance that your order is delivered quickly and properly to your home. If you order before 10:00 am on working days, the products will be delivered the next working day.

We are working with the GLS parcel service, this professional carrier makes sure that your order in The Netherlands will be delivered  quickly after we have offered it for shipment.
