Netherlands: all orders over € 35,00 are free of delivery costs. Germany: all orders over € 75,00 are free of delivery costs. Belgium: all orders over € 75,00 are free of delivery costs. Switzerland: all orders over € 100,00 are free of delivery costs. Austria, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco: all orders over € 100,00 are free of delivery costs. Rest of Europe: all orders over € 150,00 are free of delivery costs. Rest of world: all orders over € 200,00 are free of delivery costs. One delivery charge per order. Is it possible to send products to a different delivery address?
How can I return an item? (return policy)
All products you buy at www.bluemcare.com can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Our policy is that the product must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. BlueM is not accountable for postage and risk of damage on return.For returns:
- Sign the return of an email to email@example.com stating the order number.
- Send the product in original condition, including the packing slip and a short explanation letter of ‘reason to return’:
